Mister Percy
Engaged by Ovolo to assist with bringing a visionary new venue to life, Mister Percy.
Initial research and development indicated there was a gap in the market for a pinchos-style wine bar.
Concept was engaged to conduct this research and construct a new concept for Ovolo. We developed the food and beverage philosophy behind the venue that was designed by award-winning interior designers, Luchetti Krelle.
Working alongside the proposed design, Concept helped specify operational supplies and equipment to suit, as well as provided continual assessment and training pre and post-launch of Mister Percy.
